Maintaining Common Properties
Updated: 4-24-2008
Many residents in our neighborhood have been maintaining common property. This includes (but not limited to) mowing, landscaping, debris dumping and other improvements. This is strictly forbidden. Please do not maintain any areas that are considered common property. Residents who continue to maintain common properties will be cited with a violation. If you are not sure if the area you are maintaining is common property, please send an email to the and they will investigate. We do appreciate you help and understanding in the matter.
Architectural Applications (Home Improvements)
Updated: 4-09-2008
Now is the time of year when many of our residents start home improvements. Many of these projects will be worthwhile and will add value to your home. Please be reminded there is an architectural review process for the neighborhood. Please do not start these projects until the ARC has reviewed and approved your project and you have received your approval notice. Starting the projects before they are approved could be a strenuous and costly process for the homeowner and the HOA. Please review the process on the ARC page and fill out the online form.
And remember, if you don't go back to the store (Lowes or Home Depot) at least three times or buy at least one tool, you didn't do it right! Good luck.
Committees
Updated: 4-02-2008
Your neighborhood needs your help. There are five committees that help to decide how your neighborhood looks and operates. It is important these committees are fully staffed and functional. Each committee needs to have at least three members (preferably 5) in order to be functional. Without these committees, many projects in the neighborhood are delayed or cancelled. If you would like to help your neighborhood out, please drop by any of the scheduled meetings or send an email to the and let us know how you want to help. The five committees are:
- Architectural
- Clubhouse
- Communication
- Landscape
- Pool
Social Events
Most social events for the neighborhood are planned and coordinated by the Social Club at Stonegate. As a courtesy to the residents, a link to their is website is provide here. Social Club Web Site
