Stonegate is a community of 262 private residences located near the historic town of Waxhaw, North Carolina and just a few minutes south of Charlotte. We have a very active community that enjoys using our amenities including a Jr. Olympic size swimming pool, a clubhouse, walking trails and a playground. We feature several community sponsored events throughout the year such as a 4th of July Pool Party, a Spring Eggtravaganza, a Fall Festival, Breakfast with Santa and a Holiday House. There are several social groups like Bunko and Dinner Clubs that meet on a routine basis throughout the neighborhood. We are close by to several recreation facilities and we are a few miles away from Carowinds, one of the premier amusement parks in America.
