Process
What can you expect during the ARC process?
- Dream up an Idea.
- Put your Idea on paper (Refer to ARC rules and regulations & DCCR's for specific requirements).
- Check Governmental laws (Federal/State/Local) for compliance.
- Talk to your neighbors about the plans (This could save your friendships).
- Submit plans to the architectural review committee using the ARC Form. (Two copies).
- Await written approval of your concept before building your dream idea. (The committee meets once a month).
- Build your dream idea. (Be safe).
- Enjoy your completed project.
Notes
- The Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (DCCR) outlines the various types of property improvements that require prior approval by the Architectural Review Committee (ARC).
- Please refer to your copy of the DCCR which you received at closing.

- Please note that the setback requirements for an outbuilding are incorrectly stated in the DCCRs. The Village of Wesley Chapel has recently defined a 15 foot setback requirement which supersedes Stonegate's requirements.
